My father passed away in October and it was too painful at the time to comment , but , I wanted to take this opportunity to comment on the service my family received . John and Rachel did an amazing job from beginning to end in taking care of our Dad . they made sure that every detail was perfect while allowing us to grieve . Dad was a WWII navy veteran and the ceremony for veterans was heart warming . It truly felt that John and Rachel were like our family the way they comforted us .
